Contract Information.

 

Free Audition/Consultation:

ONE free audition/consultation is offered to each client. If we are unable to arrange a convenient time to meet with you, you may purchase a demonstration CD.

Minimum Fees*:  

There is a 1-hour minimum fee of $500. Most wedding ceremonies require only one hour. For a Full Mass (Catholic wedding) the minimum fee is $750 (1 1/2 hours). For jobs 80 miles or more round trip from Fair Oaks, there is a 2-hour minimum fee ($1000).

Nonrefundable Deposit:  

A non-refundable deposit of one half the total fee to reserve your date and time is due at least 2 months in advance, or at time of booking. The balance is due 2 weeks before your date and is non-refundable.

Travel, Mileage, and Parking:  

For jobs outside the city of Sacramento, there is a charge for one car round trip. A travel fee is charged to jobs requiring more than two hours of travel. Parking fees for one car are charged for places such as the Hyatt, Delta King, Capitol Plaza Halls, and the Sacramento Club.

Rehearsals:  

Rehearsals required with soloists or for special music. Usually, it is not necessary for the quartet to attend your wedding rehearsal. However, if you wish, one person may be hired to attend your rehearsal.

Arrangements/Transpositions:

There is a charge to arrange a song that we do not have, or to transpose a song for use with a soloist/vocalist.

As a service to the clients the quintet has recorded a sampling of music that is most often performed for the functions we do. This is by no means a comprehensive list of the music we have available but it is intended to give clients and potential clients an idea of what the quintet sounds like.

Weddings and Union Ceremonies

What we offer (Only a suggestion, the order of the ceremony is your choice)

bullet  Prelude Music, 30 minutes before the beginning of the ceremony
bullet  Seating of the Guests of Honor and Procession of Wedding Party
bullet  Entry Music for the Bride 
bullet  Music within the ceremony if needed (Meditation, Candle Lighting...)
bullet  Recessional Music: Announcement of the new couple
